Eligibility
Foreigners holding travel documents issued by the following countries
will require either a Business or Social Visit visa to enter Singapore.

Submit applications:
- Online via the Submission of Application
for Visa Electronically (SAVE).
- At the nearest Singapore Overseas Mission.

Types
of Application
- Visa
for Assessment Level I Countries
Commonwealth of Independent States (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus,
Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan,
Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan), India, Myanmar, People's
Republic of China and holders of Hong Kong Document of Identity
and Macao Special Administrative Region (MSAR) Travel Permit.
- Visa
for Assessment Level II Countries
Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan,
Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan,
Syria, Tunisia, Yemen, and holders of Palestinian Authority
Passport, Temporary Passport issued by the United Arab Emirates
and Refugee Travel Document issued by Middle-East countries.
Note:
- Please ensure that all forms are duly completed and signed by the applicant and local contact.
- The applicant and the local contact may be required to furnish additional documents and information whenever necessary.
- Official translations of the documents are required if they are not in the English language.
- Every application for a visa will be considered on its own merits.
- Possession of a visa does not guarantee entry into Singapore. Visitors must also meet entry requirements such as holding a valid passport, sufficient funds for the period of stay in Singapore and confirmed onward/return air ticket.

Fees
The processing fee is S$30 per application and is to be collected
at the time of submission. The fee collected is non-refundable
regardless of the outcome of the application or if the application
is withdrawn after submission.
